Daniel Mercer
Editor of the English section — cashier, verification and payout timing
Why the cashier, not the game floor
Game floors are broadly similar from one operator to the next: the same table families, the same categories, the same mathematics. Cashiers are not. The cashier is where it is decided how many documents are asked for, whether money can return by the route it arrived on, how clearly the limits are written down, and what happens when something goes wrong. That is where the quality of a player's experience is actually settled.
Three editorial rules
- A number that cannot be checked is not printed. No payout times that nobody measured. No return-to-player figures copied out of a game's own info panel.
- Mechanics before campaigns. Promotions change every month; the mechanics do not. A reader who understands how a wagering requirement works can handle any promotion.
- When something is unknown, the text says so. "Not published" is an honest sentence. An invented figure is not.
Where the material comes from
Three sources. The operator's own public documentation — terms, promotion pages, the payments section. The public information of the payment services themselves: what a bank says about transfer deadlines, what a blockchain says about block intervals, what a voucher issuer says about its product. And game mathematics, which is public knowledge and independently checkable: the number of pockets on a wheel, the fixed third-card rules of baccarat, the number of outcomes three dice can produce.
There is no fourth source. "Our internal testing" does not appear in these texts, because this desk does not run money through the cashiers it writes about. That is a narrower approach than most casino sites take, and it is the only one that lets a reader verify what is written here.
What is never promised
No winning strategies, because there are none. No promises about payout speed, because that does not depend on us. And no judgement about whether to play — that decision belongs to the reader and has to rest on information rather than encouragement.
Independence
The site is funded by affiliate commission, set out on the affiliate disclosure page. It buys no special access at the operator and no data an ordinary reader could not see. Editorial principles are on the about page.
Responsible gambling
Gambling is entertainment, not income, and everything here is written for readers aged 18 and over. Deposit limits, session reminders and self-exclusion are described on the responsible gambling page, and the tools themselves live in the operator's cashier, free and effective from the moment they are set.
Contact
Corrections to the content are welcome and are made inside the text. Questions about an account, a payment or a document cannot be answered here — only the operator's own support team can see those records.
