Complaints and disputed situations

Most disputes begin somewhere neither side is acting in bad faith: the player read a condition one way and the operator applied it another. What decides the outcome is almost always whether there is a written trail. This page is about creating that trail and about the order in which the steps have to be taken.

Step one: the operator's own support

No higher body will look at a case before the operator's internal procedure has run its course. Write by email rather than through a chat window, because the correspondence has to survive. Set out the facts with dates and amounts, attach the transaction references, and ask for a case number. Keep the tone plain: a claim is strengthened by documents, never by indignation.

What the message has to contain

The disputes that recur

DisputeWhere it usually starts
Withdrawal on holdUnfinished verification, or a name mismatch between account and payment method
Bonus cancelledA stake above the maximum allowed while a bonus was active
Winnings removedA cap on bonus winnings, or wagering that was never completed
Account restrictedDuplicate accounts, third-party payments or unverified details

The first three are a matter of reading the terms before rather than after. The fourth usually traces back to the registration details.

When the operator's answer does not settle it

Ask for a written final position and for the clause the decision rests on. Two routes then exist. The first is the alternative dispute resolution body, where the operator's licence provides for one — it is named in the operator's terms or footer. The second is the authority that issued the licence, which has its own complaints procedure. Neither will take the case until the operator has been given the chance to answer, and both work to their own timetables measured in weeks rather than days.

What makes a complaint strong

A strong complaint is short, dated and evidenced. It points at a specific clause and explains why applying it this way is wrong in this case. A weak one describes feelings and ends with a general accusation of unfairness. The same underlying incident can produce either, and the difference is entirely in the writing.

What this site cannot do

This is an independent review portal, not the operator. It cannot see your account, cannot change any decision, cannot speed up a request and does not forward complaints. Anyone who offers to arrange such things for a fee is running a scam. What is on offer here is a description of how the procedure works and what to put in writing — and one honest note: most cases that reach a complaint would not have existed if the terms had been read before the payment was confirmed.
